DIMAPUR, Sept 8 - NSCN-IM army chief, Lieutenant General Anthony Shimray said today that the Framework Agreement signed between Government of India and NSCN-IM is �not an ordinary document but a covenant to settle the political issue of the two entities honourably�.
The NSCN-IM army chief said this at Saramati Hotel here during a consultative meeting with Lotha Hoho and its units. Shimray is also �Political Commissar to the Collective Leadership� of NSCN-IM.
