SONARI, Oct 13 - Sonari Police headed by DSP Bivash Das brought here today all the four accused of a multi-lakh rupee fraud case from Bharuch district of Gujarat.
The frauds, originally hailing from Tamil Nadu collected lakhs of rupees from unsuspecting local customers in the name of providing various household items at 50 per cent of the price by opening a business establishment in the name and style of �M/s Sparrow Traders� here at Sonari and finally decamped with the huge money of the local as well as customers from neighbouring Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh.
Sonari Police arrested the accused namely Kamala Basar (45), Ghanashyam Sundaram Asara (58), Mathu Thanmuli (46) and Eusuf Rauthai (46) with the cooperation of Gujarat Police. These frauds were operating a business in the name and style �Tulsi� in Gujarat. Local customers have appreciated the efforts of Sonari Police in arresting the accused from Gujarat.
