GUWAHATI, June 7 - Snigdha Patibandla and Jigyashman Hazarika will fight for double crown in the girls and boys U-12 event respectively of the ongoing AITA Championship Series Tennis Tournament at the All Assam Tennis Association Complex in Chachal here.
Altogether four Assam players have entered the finals in the championship. All the singles finals will be held on Friday.
In the boys U-12 doubles final played today, Jigyashman partnering with Manan Nath won the title defeating Dreek Saha of Maharashtra and Samarth Sahita of West Bengal 6-3, 6-2. In the boys U-14 doubles final, Vijaytej Gangapatnam of Meghalaya and JH Lalhruaizela of Mizoram defeated Manipur�s Bhicky Sagolsem and Ashwajit Senjam 6-0, 5-7, 10-8.
