Foundation of 2nd concrete bridge over Kapili river laid

NAGAON, March 3 - Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma today laid the foundation stone of the 2nd concrete bridge over Kapili river connecting Kampur and Boithalangsu road.

In connection with it, a special function was held at Charaihagi public field near Kampur town under the ageis of BJP�s Kampur town and Kathiatali mandal committee. Laying the foundation stone of the concrete bridge, Dr Sarma said that BJP would not move for any brajaninad but its ninad will only be for development and growth. The communities of the greater Assamese nationality like Karbi, Dimasa, Rabha, Tiwa, Mising, Brahmin, Kalita, Sut, Bengali and others are always with BJP. Hence the Assamese are not weak and pale and still have strength or power and enthusiasm to combat against anyone else to protect thier jati, mati and bheti. But for that we all together have to assemble on a single platform and then move forward, Dr Sarma added.

The minister in his speech highlighted the various schemes covering health, road and railway connectivity for the farmers and underdogs of the society, sponsored by Union Government led by Narendra Modi as well as the State government led by Sarbananda Sonowal for the people of the State and North East region. In the function, the MLA of Raha constituency, BJP leader Jitu Goswami and other BJPoffice bearers of Kampur and Kathiatali mandal committee were present.
