GUWAHATI, Aug 24 - The 17th foundation day of the Guwahati Senior Citizens� Association (GSCA) will be observed at the Pandit Tirthanath Sarma Bhawan at 3 pm on August 27.
Eminent scientist Dr Dinesh Chandra Goswami will inaugurate the event.
Dr Hitesh Deka, vice chancellor, KK Handiqui State Open University, will address the function as chief guest. Senior journalist DN Chakravartty will preside over the function.
