ITANAGAR, Nov 30 - Rich tributes were paid to former Arunachal Chief Minister Jarbom Gamlin on his first death anniversary today.
Besides his family members, a large number of relatives, friends and well-wishers from across the State and outside congregated at the memorial located in the Yeggo (Aalo) residential compound of the former Chief Minister to pay their floral tributes to late Gamlin. A two-minute silence was observed by the gathering as a mark of respect to the departed soul.
A short film on the life of late Gamlin starting from his Sainik School days to the post of Chief Minister was screened amid tears from onlookers.
