GOSSAIGAON, April 10 - Teachers and staff of schools in Puthimari, Gulihara, Palashkandi and Badala, under Tulshibil police outpost of Gossaigaon subdivision, on Thursday distributed food items to over 200 poor people, most of them labourers and cultivators.
Rice, dal, mustard oil, potato, onion and salt were distributed.
During the distribution programme held at Puthimari LP School premises, the recipients were urged by the teaching staff to maintain social distancing, use masks to cover their faces and maintain cleanliness in their daily lives.
