PATACHARKUCHI, March 28 � The Director General of Assam Police, Khagen Sarma assured a team of public representatives of taking proper steps to set up a fire service station at Baghmara after they met the DGP on his office premises recently.
Social worker Munindra Narayan Goswami, Kishor Sarma, Giridhar Choudhury, advocate Nalini Kalita, Jyotipad Choudhury and Phukan Patgiri met the DGP and called for the establishment of the fire station.
