DIBRUGARH, Nov 18 - At the request of the Chief Minister, the Inland Water Transport here introduced today a new ferry service between Bogibeel and Karengbali in Dhemaji especially for those coming from the southern bank to Dibrugarh for medical purposes.
The ferry service will start from Karengbali at�6:10 am�and will return from Bogibeel at�3:30 pm. The ferry with a loading capacity of 12 tons will transport at least two vehicles along with passengers at a rate fixed by the government, department officials informed.
