GUWAHATI, May 31 - Eminent artist Neelpawan Baruah will be felicitated by the Assam Senior Citizens� Association (ASCA) and the Guwahati Senior Citizens� Association (GSCA) at his residence at 9-30 am tomorrow.
Stating this, Baneswar Khound, general secretary of both the associations said that 18 years ago when the GSCA was established, Baruah offered his services to draw the logo of the association without taking any remuneration. Three years later the ASCA also accepted the logo.
