GUWAHATI, Aug 21 - Assam Journalists and Literary Pensioners Association will felicitate 20 journalists and 23 writers on their being awarded Literary and Journalist pension by the government of Assam this year.
Disclosing this, the president of the association, DN Chakravartty has requested all the new and old pensioners to attend the meeting at the Guwahati Press Club on August 29 at 1 pm.
He also requested all the new pensioners to join the association.
