GUWAHATI, March 11 � Food Corporation of India (FCI) Sports Club outplayed Ankurjyoti Club by 88 runs in today�s GSA A Division Cricket League for the Bhupen Ch Mahanta Trophy. Opting to bat first, FCI smacked up 246 for the loss of five wickets with Romario Sharma being the top scorer (101 off 73 balls). Sanzow Brahma was the other notable contributor with 91. Chasing the big target, Ankurjyoti managed to score 158 for five in the alloted 35 overs.
