NEW DELHI, March 4 - FC Goa has been fined Rs 50 lakh, which is to be paid within 10 days, for not attending the post match presentation ceremony of the Hero ISL final last year.
The All India Football Federation (AIFF) Disciplinary Committee unanimously decided to impose the fine on FC Goa in its meeting held at the Football House in New Delhi on Friday.
Further, Rajesh Malgi, Equipment Manager, FC Goa has been suspended for four matches of the Hero ISL and also has been fined Rs 1 lakh for using offensive gestures and abusive language against the match officials after the final whistle of the Hero ISL final held on December 20, 2015, stated an AIFF release.
