JALUKBARI, Aug 3 - Fatasil Ambari police arrested a fake tantrik for allegedly duping a woman of her gold ornaments.
According to sources, accused Badshah Ojha (21) was arrested from Dhokolia, Fatasil Ambari area last night for numbing the woman by sprinkling some powder on her and then fleeing with her ornaments. It was the misfortune of the tantrik that after fleeing the scene he returned upon being called by the locals on his mobile number. Immediately upon his arrival he was caught by the locals and handed over to the police. The police also recovered a poisonous snake � which was handed over to the forest department today � and other objectionable objects from the �tantrik�, said the sources. He was produced before the court that sent him to jail.
