GUWAHATI, June 6 - Two group league matches were played in the 12th Dhan Sena Sinha Memorial All Assam Inter School Cricket Tournament at the Latasil playground here today.
In the day�s first match, Fairyland High School hammered Don Bosco School by 32 runs while in the second encounter Gurukul Grammar Senior Secondary School outplayed NOS by 101 runs. NOS were all out for a meagre 27 in reply to Gurukul�s 128.
Fairyland scored 95 in the first match and the Bosconians managed to gather 63.
The highlight of today�s matches was a 29-ball unbeaten 53 by Dhritiman Deka of Gurukul which was studded with four boundaries and five sixes.
