ITANAGAR, April 1 � Arunachal police on Monday arrested one Khomtu Khomrang from Changlang while serving extortion notices. Claiming to be the president of Longchang Student Union, he was found extorting money from heads of various government departments in Changlang town, police said. The police have registered a case of extortion against the youth. A four-wheeler has been seized from his possession.
