GUWAHATI, May 7 � Conceding to the demands of the local bus users, the Kamrup (Metro) District Transport Officer has extended the service of the Route No.6 city buses (Forest Gate to Garpandu) to Kendriya Vidyalaya.
The number of bus stops on this route will also be increased with the addition of Jalukbari (near the Jalukbari Police Outpost), Gauhati University, Sat Mile, Lankeswar, Khanamukh and Dharapur Chariali, said an official press release here.
