Haflong, March 6: Md. Manzarul Hasan, IRAS deployed as the expenditure observer for 16-Haflong ST LAC held a meeting with the officials engaged with the Election Expenditure Monitoring cell briefing them of their duties and responsibilities during the election period to ensure free and fair election.

The meeting was conducted at the DC conference hall after his arrival to Haflong last evening. Among the officials present during the meeting were ADC Lalrohlu Khiangte, Asst Commissioners, Biswajit Dutta and Bandeep Rabha and other officials enagaged in cells relating to Election Expenditure Monitoring.
