GUWAHATI, April 28 - On behalf of the Assam excise department Excise Minister Parimal Suklabaidya today received 20,000 three-layered masks from Pernod Ricard India Foundation which they have donated as part of their CSR campaign.
Applauding the initiative of the foundation, the Excise Minister has said that the department, with support from various corporate friends of �Assam excise family�, has been successfully able to support the government and the frontline staff engaged in the fight against COVID-19.
Suklabaidya has also directed officials of the State excise department to ensure that the masks reach the police personnel in every district through the respective SP offices.
