IMPHAL, July 13 - Manipur Cabinet on Monday recommended the holding of an emergency session of the State Assembly on July 15, sources here said.
Assembly Secretary in-charge K Meghajit Singh today issued an official notification for reconvening an �Emergency� sitting of the State Assembly on July 15 at 11 am.
The Emergency sitting of the Manipur Assembly is likely to discuss the burning issue of Inner Line Permit System (ILPS) to regulate influx of outsiders in the State, sources said.
