GUWAHATI, March 26 - Noted painter Harun Ali of Pathsala has been conferred the Eagle Aajonmo Silpi Award, 2017 for his contribution in the field of painting. Veteran actor Nilu Chakrabarty has been chosen for the Natya Sadhana Award 2017. TV channel Rang has been conferred the Eagle Best Entertaining Award.
The awards will be presented at a function at Rabindra Bhawan here on April 5. A full-length drama titled Goff directed by Arzoo Amin will also be staged on the occasion, stated a press release from Eagle, a Guwahati-based cultural group.
