JORABAT, Sept 27 - Incessant rains triggered a landslide at 10th mile area near Jorabat under Khanapara Police Station in Ri-Bhoi district of Meghalaya, damaging a plant of DynaRoof.
The industrial shed, production hall, raw materials, machinery and storeroom of the plant bore the impact of the landslide.
�As per initial estimation, the amount of loss will be around Rs 80 lakh, but luckily there was no loss of life as the incident occurred late at night when the plant was not operating,� said Subasis Mandal, senior manager of the plant.
