GUWAHATI, Dec 16 - Acting on a tip-off, personnel of Jalukbari Police Station today seized 16.5 grams of suspected brown sugar from the possession of three persons � Basit Ali, Rofique Ali and Rohit Sharma � from Gorchuk area of the city. Police said that the three accused are middlemen of an illicit drug trading gang and the market cost of the seized drugs will be around one lakh rupees. Senior police officials informed that questioning of the three accused is going on and police will be able to trace the entire gang soon.
