GUWAHATI, June 13 - Uddipta Kakati of Sivasagar walked away with a double crown at the 2nd Pratap Ch Srutikar Memorial Upper Assam Table Tennis Championship which concluded at the Kushal Konwar Indoor Stadium in Jorhat on Sunday, stated a press release.
