GUWAHATI, Aug 1 � Nikhilesh Sarma of Guwahati and Kaveri Phukan of Sivasagar bagged double crown in the All Assam Ranking Badminton Championship which concluded at Nagaon today.
Nikhilesh won the boy�s U-19 and men�s title defeating Abhisekh Phukan of Jorhat and Anshuman Bora of Guwahati, while Kaveri beat teammate Pragona Baruah for the women�s title and Rituparna Kalita of Guwahati for the U-19 crown.
Monjit Gogoi of Tinsukia took the boy�s U-16 title defeating Ehsas of Nagaon 21-4, 21-15 in the title clash.
Other final results: (Girl�s U-16) Mayuri Phukan bt Harshita Chaliha, (boy�s U-13) Pritish Hazarika bt Dipjyoti Dutta.
