GUWAHATI, April 3 � Ganesh Nagar High School and Don Bosco School won their respective matches in the Guwahati Cricket Coaching Centre organised Nabin Chandra Tamuly Inter School Cricket Tournament today.
Ganesh Nagar HS fetched a five-wicket victory against Sarala Birla Gyan Jyoti while the Bosconians prevailed over Gurukul Grammer Senior Secondary school by 29 runs. Sarala Birla were restricted to 113 for four in the allotted 15 overs after being put into bat. The Ganesh Nagar boys crossed the winning target with one ball to spare losing five wickets.
The second match of the day was easy for the Don Bosco team as they scored 150 for seven in 25 overs and later bundled out the opponent for 121 in 23.2 overs.
