DHUBRI, Aug 19 - District Magistrate (DM) dashboard, a new way to monitor different ongoing schemes of the Dhubri district, was launched.
Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal launched the CM dashboard, under the same Assam Darpan initiative on October 27, 2017, after which Dhubri becomes the first district in the entire state to launch its own DM dashboard. Under this initiative the District Magistrate or the Deputy Commissioner can not only monitor progress of different ongoing schemes but can also make the data of the schemes public for everyone to see it online.
Kailash Kalita, District Informatics Officer, Dhubri said, �Dhubri will be the first district to launch its DM dashboard in the State and the entire platform has been developed by the National Informatics Contre, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology as a part of the Digital India Programme�.
The dashboard will facilitate measuring the outcome and impact of schemes for taking appropriate and timely decisions and actions.
Currently, the Progress indicators of Swachha Bharat Mission (Gramin), MGNREGA, National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) � Gramin, VAHAN, Land Records, Property Registration, Green Revolution BGREI, Krishi Vikash Yojana (RKV), Krishi Kalyan Abhiyan (KKA), Kishan Credit Card (KCC) Scheme, Information on Schemes under SSA, Border Area Development Programme, Janani Surukhsa Yojona (JSY), PM Jana Vikash Karyakam for minority welfare have been made available for the Deputy Commissioner to view.
�More and more schemes will be added to the dashboard in the days to come�, said Anant Lal Gyani, the Deputy Commissioner who also added, �Border Area Development Programme is a special programme for Dhubri but monitoring such a programme was really tough for us. But, with the use of the DM dashbord, the monitoring of such schemes has become very easy, which otherwise requires a huge labour force and time�.
