GUWAHATI, May 27 � With a view to ensure the smooth and regular distribution of domestic LPG refill cylinders to consumers tagged to different LPG distributors in Kamrup Metro district, the officers of the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs have been detailed for duties to attend to consumer grievances in the distribution of cylinders by the distributors. These officers have also been asked to redress grievances of consumers on the spot. They have also been tasked to report serious grievances to the authorities for taking necessary action, stated an order issued by Dr M Angamuthu, Kamrup Metro Deputy Commissioner.
