DIPR officials donate one day�s salary to CMRF

GUWAHATI, July 20 - The officials of the Directorate of Information & Public Relations posted at the State headquarters donated their one-day salary to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund today.

A delegation of DIPR officials led by Director Anupam Choudhury handed over the cheque to Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal at the Assam Administrative Staff College here in presence of Chief Minister's media advisor Hrishikesh Goswami.

GUWAHATI, July 20 - Guwahati Management Association (GMA) organised an interactive session on lung care at Cotton Alumni House here on Saturday, stated a press release.

The session titled �Breathe easy, stay tough� was conducted by the founder trustee of Lung Care Foundation, New Delhi, Rajib Khurana and its director MP Shetty. Khurana spoke about health of the lungs and challenges faced due to pollution. He said it was time to act against pollution in the country. GMA general secretary Bhobesh Hazarika and GMA president SB Sarma were also present.
