Dharma sabha at Haribhanga

TIHU, Jan 9 - The people of Haribhanga and its adjoining areas are going to celebrate the �Dharma Sabha� at the premises of Sri Sri Kalita Gohai Mandir of Haribhanga of Nalbari district with a two-day programme on January 15 and 16 under the aegis of Sri Sri Kalita Gohai Mandir Parichalana Committee.

The first day�s programmes will include prabhat pheri and usha kirtan, flag hoisting by Madan Ch. Barman, president of the committee, followed by opening the gate of the temple by Dwijendra Narayan Deka, advocate, at 8 am.The cultural programme will be inaugurated by Sarbananda Dakua, retired officer of AG office. Bhagawat Path by Munindra Sarma Sastri, Nalbari, while the Dharma Sabha to be held at 12 noon will be attended by Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma, Education, Health & Family Welfare and Finance Minister of Assam, Maneswar Brahma, MLA, Barama LAC, Krishna Barua, chief executive officer, Nalbari Zila Parishad and Bitumani Devi, chairman, Nalbari Zila Parishad as chief Justice.

The second day�s programmes will include nagara naam etc.
