GUWAHATI, March 31 - In today�s matches of the Millennium Cup Football Tournament, organised by the Numaligarh Refinery at the Numaligarh Township, Delhi Dynamo edged past Naharkatia FA by a solitary goal while in the second match NRL FA defeated Imphal City FA also by a margin of 1-0. In the third encounter Imphal boys prevailed over Delhi team by 2-0.
In the fourth match of the day Naharkatia FC beat NRL FC 1-0.
Earlier the tournament was inaugurated by Director (Technical) NRL Bhaskar Phukan yesterday. AFA secretary Ankur Dutta was also present on the occasion.
Yesterday, Imphal City FA beat Naharkatia FA 1-0 while in the closely fought second match host NRL FA went down fighting to Delhi Dynamos 0-1.
The final along with other matches will be played tomorrow.
