AGARTALA, April 28 - Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb has convened an all-party meeting here tomorrow to discuss the situation arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic and find ways to win the battle against the disease.
No fatality due to coronavirus infection has occurred in the State so far. Needy people have also received help during the ongoing lockdown.
Now as the State gears up to resume economic activities, the Chief Minister has decided to meet heads of all political parties to brief them on the steps taken to check the virus pandemic.
Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath told media persons that the Chief Minister wants to meet leaders of all political parties tomorrow to discuss the situation in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. �The Government will brief them on the steps taken to contain the outbreak of the disease. It will also entertain suggestions from the political parties,� he said.
