GUWAHATI, May 15 � Dhruba Hazarika, DC of Darrang district and president of the All Assam Taekwon-do Association, is honoured by the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) with honorary diploma.
Hazarika has been honoured in recognition of the enthusiastic and unsparing support rendered by him for popularization and development of taekwondo in the entire North-eastern region.
The State taekwondo body secretary Raj Kakoti said the world taekwondo body has honoured 10 organisers all over the world and Hazarika is one of them. WTF president Seung Wan Lee provided the certificate. � Sports Reporter
