SHILLONG, Dec 16 - Curfew was re-promulgated from 7 pm on Monday in areas under two police stations here in the Meghalaya capital, and would be in force until further orders from the East Khasi Hills District Magistrate.
Curfew was re-promulgated as a precautionary measure, although no incident of violence was reported from any part of the state capital on Monday.
The areas under curfew fall under Lumdiengjri and Sadar Police Stations. Mobile Internet services remain suspended since Thursday.
