MIRZA, Nov 21 - A conspiracy has been allegedly hatched by a section with vested interests to damage the reliability and reputation of Sankardev Sishu Vidya Niketon here as an educational institution by spreading false information about its affiliation.�
Sankardev Sishu Vidya Niketon is a premier private school in Boko and is affiliated under the Asom Sishu Siksha Samiti.�
Addressing a press conference at Boko on Wednesday, Sankardev Sishu Vidya Niketon president Prasanna Goswami informed that the Asom Sishu Siksha Samiti has in its recent letter stated that the school has applied for affiliation/registration of the institution under Asom Jatiya Vidyalaya Siksha Sansad.�
The letter further stated that Asom Jatiya Vidyalaya Siksha Sansad has listed Sankardev Sishu Vidya Niketon at serial no. 134 for affiliation of the school, Goswami informed.�
He further said Sankardev Sishu Vidya Niketon has been under the affiliation of the Asom Sishu Siksha Samiti since 1995 and that the management of the school has never approached or written any letter to the Asom Jatiya Vidyalaya Siksha Sansad for its affiliation. �The institution will continue to function under the Asom Sishu Siksha Samiti,� he said.�
