AGARTALA, Oct 11 - AICC general secretary in-charge of Tripura, Kuljit Singh Nagar today called upon the party leaders and workers to prepare for a political struggle against the BJP government in the State.
Singh who arrived here today, held a meeting with senior PCC leaders and leaders of frontal organizations at Congress Bhavan to know the ground reality in the state.
In the meeting, Nagra unveiled his plan to revamp the organization for a larger political struggle to trouble the BJP-IPFT government here.
Immediately after arrival in Agartala airport , Singh drove straight to the Congress Bhavan for a pre-scheduled meeting.
Nagra listened to representatives from the block, subdivision and district-level members about the situation in Tripura. He asked the PCC president Pijush Biswas to constitute appropriate district, subdivision and block committees to strengthen the party at the grass-root level.
