AIZAWL, Sept 17 - AICC representative Bobbeta Sharma has termed Rafale deal as the biggest Defence scam in the history of India.
�Rafale scam is a copy book case of squandering �national interests�, causing loss to public exchequer and promoting a culture of �Crony Capitalism� at the cost of Public Sector Undertaking�, Sharma said here Saturday.
Sharma, the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee spokesperson, while interacting with media persons here said the people of the country have the right to know the truth about the deal.
�The Modi Government if not deceiving Indian masses should agree for a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probe as demanded by AICC president Rahul Gandhi to go into the entire deal as the people have the right to know the truth,� she said.
