DIGBOI, Oct 30 - Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal would grace the second day of the central biennial conference of the All Moran Students� Union (AMSU) at the Digboi Bodousa Samannya Kshetra here tomorrow afternoon and take part in the open session.�
Security agencies, along with the top brass of the district administration, today took the stock of the security arrangement prior to the Chief Minister�s visit.
Addressing the media this afternoon, Tinsukia DC Diganta Saikia said all stakeholders have been pressed into service to ensure that the meet passes off smoothly. Saikia also urged the people in general to maintain COVID guidelines during the meet. Meanwhile, the delegates� meet, which was slated to be held on the first day itself, has been postponed due to unavoidable reasons. It will now be held on November 22 at Indian Club.
