GUWAHATI, Jan 24 � Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today renewed appeal to Paresh Baruah faction of the banned ULFA to join the mainstream and resolve the issues through dialogue.
Gogoi, speaking during the arms laying down ceremony of nine militant outfits of Assam, said: �The door is still open for Paresh Baruah. We want him to join the peace process and work for the peace and development of the State.�
