GUWAHATI, Sept 23 - The Accountant General (A&E) Assam is going to organise the Indian Audit & Accounts Department North East Zone Table Tennis Tournament from September 30 to October 2 at the Deshbhakta Tarun Ram Phookan Indoor Stadium in the RG Baruah Sports Complex here.
Altogether eight teams � Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura and hosts Assam will take part in the championship.
Director of Sports Dharma Kanta Mili will be the chief guest while Assam Table Tennis Association secretary and former international TT player Tridib Duvarah will be the guest of honour in the opening ceremony, stated a release.
