GUWAHATI, Oct 3 - City�s Sumedha Choudhury has been selected for MSc in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies at the Refugee Studies Centre, University of Oxford.
She is the recipient of the Ronald and Jane Olson Scholarship in Refugee Studies by Linacre College, Oxford, which is awarded to one student every year among the students pursuing the MSc course. She has also been awarded the Jackson-Hendricks bursary from the Oxford Department of International Development.
Sumedha completed her BA LLB from National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam in 2017. She also has an LLM in International Law from South Asian University, New Delhi in 2019. Following LLM, she worked with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for a year.
