GUWAHATI, Sept 25 - Niharika Kashyap, a student of B Borooah College here, has been selected to participate in an NCC training course at Moscow Cadet School, Russian Federation as part of a youth exchange programme received through the Military Wing, Embassy of India, Moscow.
The training course will be held from September 29 to October 6.
Niharika is the only one from the North East to be selected for the course.
