GUWAHATI, Jan 10 � City Cricket Club posted a 3-wicket victory against Bud Cricket Club in a group league match of the Gauhati Town Club organised Ramesh Baruah Trophy Invitational Cricket Tournament. Batting first, the Bud batsmen piled up a challenging 179 for all out in 38.1 overs in the 40-over match at the Judges� Field here today. Chasing the target, City Cricket Club hit the winning run in the 35.2 overs losing seven wickets.
Suhail Rahman was the star, whose all-round performance, made it easy for City to earn a convincing victory.
