GUWAHATI, Jan 16 � City Cricket Club defeated Paona Cricket Club of Imphal by five wickets in a group league match of the 12th Bud Challenge Cricket Meet for the Jugal Kishore Newatia Trophy at the Nehru Stadium here today.
The Imphal boys were restricted to 119 in 39.3 overs and later smacked up 121 for the loss of five wickets in 30.2 overs.
