GUWAHATI, Jan 24 - The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has arrested two drug peddlers from near the ABC area here and seized an amount of heroin from their possession.
The arrested persons � Thouba Singh and Ashish Rabha � are being grilled by the investigators, CID sources said, adding that the raid was conducted based on a tip-off. The estimated value of the seized heroin will be around Rs 48 lakh.
Sources informed that while Singh hails from Manipur, Rabha is a resident of Guwahati.
