TURA, June 29 - Social activist Ishraful Hoque has sought increase of staff to cater to the huge number of customers that come to the Chibinang SBI office on a dialy basis.
According to Hoque, the branch is being serviced by only one cashier and an accountant, which he said was not enough for the huge number of customers with accounts in the branch.
�The plight of the customers is deplorable as the branch serves both people from the plains and the hills and a single cashier is not enough. The branch requires more personnel to provide better service. I therefore urge the bank authorities to look into the situation and provide more personnel to the branch,� said Hoque.
The activist added that social distancing within the branch has gone for a toss as desperate customers try and service their accounts with the limited amount of time that the branch remains open.
