GUWAHATI, July 6 - The special summer chess coaching camp, organised by the Guwahati Chess Academy from July 1, concluded today.
Pranab Kumar Nath conducted the camp and he was assisted by Khanindra Barman and Th Bipin Singha.
On the concluding day a rapid chess tournament was conducted where Medha Baruah become champion by scoring 6 points from as many rounds. She remained unbeaten throughout the tournament. Himashree Deka got second position with 4.5 points while Bibhajyoti Tamuli scored 4 points and got third position. Baibhabi Baruah got fourth position scoring 3.5 points, a release said.
