NEW DELHI, March 3 � The Centre has today presented the counter proposal to the NSCN (IM) to resolve the vexed Naga problem.
The first round of dialogue with new interlocutor RS Pandey was held here this afternoon at a BSF Camp in Delhi. The talks were continuing till filing of this report.
The NSCN (IM) delegation, led by general secretary Th Muivah, included convenor of the steering committee V S Atem. The Union Government delegation, led by Pandey, included top officials of the Home Ministry. The details of the talk were kept under tight wraps and the media was kept out of the venue.
