GUWAHATI, Nov 17 � At the call of the Confederation of Central Government Employees and Workers, the Coordination Committee of Central Government Employees and Workers, Assam, has decided to observe a two-hour mass squatting at Meghdoot Bhawan from 11am tomorrow. The federation also appealed to all sections of employees and pensioners to join the programme.
Earlier, alleging apathy of the Central Government towards the �genuine demands� of the employees and workers, the Confederation had launched the second phase of stir in September, demanding settlement of their long-pending demands.
