DIMAPUR, Nov 9 � Welcoming the use of Electoral Photo Identity Card in the next Nagaland Assembly election, the State BJP has expressed the view that CCTVs need to be installed in the polling booths in order to stop manipulations on polling day.
BJP general secretary K James Vizo also appealed to all to �freely exercise their franchise by practising free and fair means unlike in the past when proxy voting was massive�.
